Im looking to size the hole dia of an orifice plate in quite a hurry... can any 1 help...

Op Conditions:
Seawater (SG of 1.0 is acceptable for calc.)
upstream pressure: 5.5 barg
therefore pressure drop: 3bar
flow: 10L/min
OD: 12.00mm (+-0.1)
