you can not change this font from standard to bold. You have to install an alternative font with a bold definition.

Is the *.ctb file ok? Test the settings with a second *.ctb.
Is the plot preview ok or not?
Wich variables did you check?

I have converted the file to ACAD2006. Then I did use "_regenall".
The trim command worked well.
The drawing has high negative values. Move all objekts into the positive coordinates. ACAD is not a mathmatic mastermind...
