I need to replicate a rolled channel in sheet metal mode. Currently, we create sm channels and roll them to create curves in our conveyors. I have been struggling to find a way to make this happen in inventor. Any advice?

Yes. This issue is worked out (sort of). It seems that there were some adaptive parts that were hanging things up. If I turn them off and then save the excel spreadsheet, it activates the update button and everything works well.
