    I know of Toyota's system. They shut down other turbo at lower revs, so it'll receive all of the available exhaust gas flow. The remaining turbo will jump in as engine revs clime up.     Some leakage is acceptable, (approx. through orifice of less than 1mm / 0,040" in diameter). Thank's for comment. Now it's time to experiment.
