    Circular electrical connectors for motors

Oh, what is a push pull connector? I've used ones with bayonets before...(turning an outside shell to mate)

    Circular electrical connectors for motors

Has anybody used of http://www.keywolf.com/ or http://www.souriau.com/ Seems like reasonable pricing

    Circular electrical connectors for motors

Does anyone know where we can get circular electrical connectors that don't cost a ton for using DC brush motors? Running about maximum 10 Amps....Need it to be metal connectors. Tried the usual Amphenol, Glenair, hypertronics, fischer.. Will be producing about 5000 units a year and cost is...

    Velocity Circuit

Hi, I have a signal coming out of a potentiometer that tells the distance traveled in voltage. Is it a position transducer which outputs voltage when a cable is pulled. My question is, how do I go about using that distance travelled to get a velocity output in voltage? For example, 0 - 1000...

    Analog signal linearization

The potentiometer has 0.5% nonlinearity. I need to decreased the nonlinearity to 0.1%. One way would be to have a lookup table using an EEPROM, but would it be more space efficient if I did it analog?

    Analog signal linearization

Hi, I need to linearize voltage coming out of a potentiometer(voltage divider). Any ideas? Thanks.

    Surface Mount Assembly

Hi, could SMDs be assembled by soldering(in quantities)? Does anyone know any good assembly companies, that are reasonable for quantities of a few dozen? Thanks a lot.

    current limiting

Hi,I am building a 4-20mA circuit. I built it by getting 4-20V and throwing a 1K resistor in. What is the cons to this circuit as opposed to building a 4-20mA with an XTR116 Burrbrown? Also, my min(4ma) is good but the 20mA drifts, how do I limit the current to 20mA using transistors? Thank you.

    0-10V to 4-20mA

I have no problem getting 0-20mA. but it seems pretty hard to get an offset of 4mA, using like a 741 op-amp. I tried inputting a 0-16V and adding a 4V into a summing amplifier. to get 4-20V and running it thru 1K to get 4-20mA, but my summing amplifier doesnt work. I dont know why, its such a...

    0-10V to 4-20mA

Hi, i know this question has been asked many times. I want to achieve the 4-20mA without chips(XTR115/116 etc). I know someone said that you can do that using op-amps but nothing specific was said. Could someone help by giving me specific details. Thank you.
