We making Aerospace parts. Minimum thicknes is 0,31" from 1" thicknes. 0.018 is very small thicknes. You need very accurate clamping devices becouse you will have corrugated sheet. Which side, place you will cut. Wery wery carefull.

Wery carefully. You need HSC speed (rpm) and you need HSC feed and good acceleration. The complete is HSC machining.

I don´t know how you tell in USA. This is paper pressure board. This boards are semileaky. WE use MDF board for parts which is cut throug. For parts which is not cut...
