you can use the below formula to calculate acutal sm3/hr (Nm3/hr) from am3/hr
Actual M3/Hr =
(Nm3/Hr x (273 + measured temp. deg. C)) / 273
considering that there is not much pressure difference.
The pressure difference is basiclayy due to the altitude.

i did try to increase the air flow by chenging the motor pulley dia and increaing the fan rpm.
but even with 20% increase in air flow there was hardly any appreciable chenge in the oil outlet temp.

i tried with a vendor with a cnc machine.
but maintaining the dimensions after machining & brazing and very critical & diffficult. Sorry a garage or even a very good mechine shop are not able to do the job.
we are manufacturers of automibile air conditioning kits.

i agree the compressor is only going to compress the low pressure refrigerant gas to high pressure gas.
then how do i select the evaporator capacity in kcal/hr or watts/hr
