As long you know the nodes or keypoints that you want to edit you can make the changes thru the same macro. Other thing that you may consider is to create a element side of the deformed shape and make the changes in the file then run subsequent analysis...

If I understood correctly what you want to do is posible by using load steps (look for LS command in the Ansys help). What do you need is to create a macro that apply the load that will deform the shape, then clear loads and apply subsequents loads, finally read the final load step...
