Hello,
I have several prototype 24v bldc motors need to be tested. Where can I find a service (in the US) to test motor IP rating and generate a performance curve for me?
Thanks
Just curious, what is the typical application of this motor? I have one 900Watt @ 2000 RPM Brushless DC motor rated for 24-32VDC and soon will obtain more in stock. I'm very curious to know what markets I may get involved besiides my current one.
Hello,
I would like to know if there is such a tensioner that tensions a belt system by pulling upper belt and bottom belt closer so the tensioner itself will be suspended in between the two pulleys. If it exists, what is it called? The type of belt I'm using is 8-groove serpentine belt. I...
There's a donut/flywheel shaped component between the drive shaft yoke and the differential carrier. I believe it's called a damper. I do not know details on how this component works. If anyone has information on such a component, please let me know. I'm also interested in knowing a...
Thank you all so much for your input. Actually I'm the advocate for setting up a second hydraulic pump dedicated for purposes other than power steering (ex. PTO). My reason is for safety. I would not risk the safety by introducing a component that may become a failure point for the power...
Is it legal to use power steering supply line to run a hydraulic motor before entering steering gear on a bus? Or to split the line to run a hyd motor as for another option? I'd appreciate any helpful input here.
I actually just tried elysium's translator, it seems to fix/repair geometry very well. The translator has a built-in healer to fix broken geometry and if the part is too complicated, they have CADDoctor to do the repair (like CADfix). But again, it does not have history/features that I'm truly...
I am also looking for a converter/translator that could keep the history/features when it's in Pro-E format. No, Pro-E Wirefire does not recognize features/history even when SW saves its file as a Pro-E file as I have found out.
Thank you,
I did make a request to them an while ago but so far no response from them. Do you by any chance know anything about Exide's molded lead-acid battery that each has cooling ports for coolant to flow in? It seems no members from Exide in the US know anything about it, but yet it was...
Hello,
I'm looking for a battery pack manufacturer for HEV applications. We need around 600 volt capacity and preferred the pack to be water-cooled.
Thank you
Thanks John,
Actually, I finally got a bit information on it after some search through the internet. It turns out Rc is an ISO thread code. R is taperred male thread and Rc is taperred female thread. 1/2 is, well, 1/2". This is of course based on British Standard Pipe Thread (BSPT, now...
We have a radiator port that is specified as "dia. 35 Rc 1/2" I'm not familar with this specification. Can anyone tell me what it means and where I can purchase a fitting to fit it?
Sincerely
To FireLover,
You are totally correct. The only totally electric projects we have dealt with are vehicles like trams or short range delivery truck. Any other trucks/buses are hybrids.(fuel cells, diesel, gasoline, CNG, LPG,..., etc.) And all our vehicles do have air braking along with regen...
Thanks,
But they do not typically build one prototype for me. Yes, I have almost called everyone of them on the thomasregister list. Some do custom made motor, but they only do fractional HP motor. That's another problem. Anyhow, I do find a source by now, thanks anyways.
