yes i have tried restoring it but that did not work too, i think i will just have to restore the xp but i am afraid it will muck up all the data and stuff i got in the pc.
i loaned my laptop to my friend and when he returned it i could not connect to the internet anymore...i asked him he told me he uninstalled a MSDL or something like that ans each time i try to log on there will be an SQl error on the task menu...b4 it will indicate that there is no browser...
