Fan blade worn out
first thanks for ur consideration, the fan was normal,but on going the fan's blades(just one side) got wornout due to the clinker abrasive material since it is fan for bag filter around clinker transportation,,the image shows only 2 blades out of 12,it is such oblique view, but all the blades...- kafman

Appreciate ur idea..the fan is not on VFD,,but what will has a tendency to creat high foundation vibration- kafman

Fan vibration
Hi guys. I got that a fan bearing with high vibration on its bearing and its foundation.the shaft alignment, bearing radial clearance and v-belt tension was inspected but still the vibration didn't reduced..>12mm/s. The fan is fan for small bag filter in cement plant- kafman
