Corner piers

Corner piers
This might be a stupid question but I am going to ask anyway. I have this layout of piers with anchors and there is no space to put anchors for corner piers (shown in red as below). I am wondering can I not put anchors in these two piers since the adjoining piers with capping beam can already...- dEJAKE
