    S&T HX Tube Side Nozzle TEMA rho*V^2

    From what I understand of TEMA RCB-4.63, the rho*V^2 limit of 6000 lb/(ft-s^2) [8928 kg/(m-s^2)] only applies to axial nozzles and not radial or tangential nozzles, is this correct? Is there anything I need to consider when I have a radial or tangential nozzle?
