How to do Super element analysis
You can find help in MSC's Linear Static Analysis User Guide, it applied to NX Nastran as well. If you want detailed help, post your bdf. If your normal modes analysis matches, but your static analysis doesn't, you might be forgetting your "P2G=PAX" line.- Countryman

Restart impossible when I want to launch several load cases
Apologies nekcorp, I gave you bad advice! I didn't notice that both of your runs use a FORCE ID of 1 to apply the load. It seems that the restart process keeping the Fx load in the MASTER file after the Fx run, then it gets combined with you Fz load in the Fz run. Try using "RESTART...- Countryman

The problem is with your restart version, every time you run a restart, the version of your MASTER is incremented by one, and the previous version MASTER is deleted by default. I don't know much about NX, but even the more recent versions of MSC Nastran (since 2013, I believe) add a subroutine that converts these integers to reals before running as a "convenience".
