Exterior access ramp, underground parking
Would you guys require fire sprinklers or not. I dont think NFPA 13, 8.15.7 cover this... i have completely incombustible covered access ramp to an underground parking. The ramp, ground level opening is open to exterior and there's a garage door at the bottom (underground level of the ramp) The...- Awowa.

well, i allways do, but like i said there's nothing clear about this and correct me if i am wrong but there's nothing close to "No special calculations are required and pipe diameters shall comply with NFPA 13 Section 23.4.1.2." in chapter 22.15 for gravity waste chute or at least i still didnt...- Awowa.

Hi everyone, Do we need to calc fire sprinklers inside a gravity waste chute in order to size the piping ? i looked at NFPA 13 and NFPA 82 and there's nothing about a number of sprinklers, gpm/ft or anything i could use to get an idea.
