Chicago Building Code and AISC
Is it really required to use AISC ASD 9th or AISC LRFD 1st edition for design in Chicago? I am doing a composite steel podium floor on an 7 story light gage steel structure. Can I not use the "latest and greatest" when it comes to design standards?- Aaron Newell
