That's interesting, I haven't looked into any codes outside the US (and maybe some from Canada, but can't recall).
Do you have a link to these codes so that I can compare with the NDS, etc...?
Does anyone have any good resources on designing shear walls using wood screws instead of common wire nails for plywood shear walls? The AWC and the APA told me that it was up to a manufacturer to provide testing and results for use in design, but so far I can't find anyone that has completed...
