effect of coolig water temperature on temperature of all components in a water jacket cooled motor
many thanks. Could you please eloboarte. I am new to CFD and thermals. I want to study how the density, heat capacity and thermal conductivity of the components and the temperature of the cooling water effects the temperatures of the machine. What i believe and follow is consistency means if your model is in mm use mm, kg(or tonn) ,and newton(or milli newto or kilo newton) as units. if the model is in inches use inches , lbf. correct me if i am wrong . -

sorry , By mistake i have exported a wrong .dat file. shell element thickness output
Hello i got the output,shell element thickness output is only available for large strain model. So we have to check large strain in the parameters section of the solution box. -

Hello I am not sure, but Check whether you specified the modeling object for Advanced nonlinear(BCTPARAM) in the surface to surface contact dialogue box and check whether you have created the global contact parameters in the solution dialogue box.
