    Naphtha receiving problems

    We are importing naphtha and despite the ship delivering the product pumping at maximum capacity, we are receiving the cargo at an extremely slow rate. There is no restriction or shore tank height issues. Can anyone offer an explanation to the slow receiving rate Kind regards Frank Gaffney
