Thanks for the response. Does directly opening a parasolid (X_T) file from UG, saving it to a different location then opening it from there help at all/load faster? I'm opening these files from an external drive by the way

I've got rather large parasolid files I need to import into NX 9.0, the largest being around 760 MB, and my computer's just not good enough to get it done. Is there a way I can export it into a lighter file? Thanks in advance

These bodies can't be moved, it doesn't let me select them. I can move them using move object for example, which is fine, but I'd like to find a way to may them usable like normal assembly parts so that I can constrain them.

Can a Rough Offset of a Facet Body be thickened? The rough offset did what I needed now I need to thicken the part to a usable solid. Running NX 9.

I've got a scan of a firewall which is now a facet body, and I need it turned into a solid body. The function "Extrude Facet Body" should be exactly what I need but when I use it nothing happens, I don't get any errors either. How can I make this function work properly? I'm using NX9.
