Scrubber spray nozzle - pressure retaining component?
In regards to B31.3 pressure piping supplying normal fluid category service into a scrubber tank (scrubber open to atmosphere), if the back pressure form the spray nozzle is greater than 15 psig, does the piping and nozzle downstream of the last valve fall under ASME VIII/B31.3 or is it non-code...- llcj
