How to define plate top stress
Thanks, rb1957. I tried with a rectangular plate in x-y plane with edges fixed and a single force applied in -z direction. I get the same stresses for both top and bottom plate hence I can't tell which side is the top; I'm expecting different stresses for two sides of an element. Can I use...- fc303
