    Thanks all for your help. What I found out was that motors being imported into Brazil require an ABNT mark according to ABNT NBR 17094-1:2008 A law was passed in an effort to lower the electric consumption levels, more details here: http://www.planalto.gov.br/ccivil_03/decreto/2002/D4508.htm...

    Hello all, Has anyone had experience with projects supplied to Brazil where they had electrical motors ( <250kW) in their scope? where NEMA / IEC motors accepted, or is there an additional requirements (ABNT mark? http://www.abnt.org.br/) I appreciate any feedback on this
