    I forgot to say that I have changed the heat exchangers in the MCS, CNC and the Resonator cabinet. I didn't fill them with water. Is it possible that that air is makingthe problem with the bypos? have tried to let out air in the bypos booster pump but no air came out.

    no its not so humid, and yes the water flows as soon as the chiller starts up. @Lasertechservicesrl I realy dont know but I think I have a bypos mirror but we are cutting only with O2. On thicker steel 10,12,16mm (7,5" head) there are no waves in the cut just 4mm steel and with 5" head.
