I didn't manage to have a macro but I have done the thing I need with few operations.
It OK for the presentation where it's going to be.
Sorry about that..It's in excel -i hadn't excel installed on the PC when i posted the question.

I need some help about a problem i'm confrunting in xcel-macro.
What i want to do:
Input
- I have 1 exel file with 1 sheet - let's say 'The boss'.
- I have 1 folder with a lots of excel files - the childrens- that have each 1 sheet and they have the same format, like in the picture...
