    Thanks Robert, Your suggestion worked, in addition, we added generate_viewable_on_save to the config.pro. Is it possible to have thumbnail views generated for PDF's and DXF's as well? Thanks, Mike

    Thanks Ben, I do have that in my config.pro. Not sure why Windchill is not seeing it. We did have one seat that worked in a previous version for a very short while but now that we upgraded to Creo 1.0 and Windchill 10.0 the thumbnail viewer is blank. Could it be a permission in Windchill?

    The thumbnail navagator window does not show a part or drawing in Windchill. Does anyone know how to get this to work? Using Creo 1.0 with Windchill 10.0. Thanks
