    Do you have an example pls. For instance. If the nozzle is 1.5mm and the part needs 1 bar of pressure and it takes 60 sec to cut the part. What would I use. We pay .55p per litre for liquid oxygen it's a big vessel. Thanks

    HS-95 Problem

    I had an alpha for 10 years and this problem occurred a few times. It was never the head that needed replacing. Some times by doing a calibration on the Hs-95 it sorted the problem. Make sure the setting on the side of the machine are 8.9, -8.9 and 0. If this fails you may need a new sensor cable.

    Hi mate. It has an automatic shuttle table on the front. So it ain't that hard. Using a fork lift carry the sheet U tilt the forks and lay the sheet down. You can buy an arm with suction pads and use that too. Or make ur own.

    I'm getting a Trumpf 1030 now guys. Decided that if fits the bill. 100 plus thousand for a refurb machine that's 10 years old add another 100 thousand and u get a new 1030. At least I know what's I'm paying every month without surprises from old machines going wrong.
