I developed an spreadsheet to get the compression capacities (load with eccentricity) for single angle with equal legs, I meet AISC criteria E3, E4, E5, E7 and also F10 and H for combined action (13th and 14 Edition are the same),the numbers that i get as result capacities comply with table 4-12...
