I need your collective wisdom for some research I am conducting.
FCC units release catalyst finds through the stack, often during regeneration or unit upset.
Is there a list of these releases anywhere? I have checked with the US EPA and AICHE without success, so far.

Several technology vendors provide licenses for process technology to remove sulfur, improve hydrogen production, etc.
How are these licenses structured? On a flat fee; based on unit capacity; on a $/bbl throughput?
Can anyone provide a copy of such a license?
