    Running in oils

    Does anyone have some definitive data on the type of oil (Mineral or synthetic) should be used for running in an engine. my understanding is that mineral oil speeds up the bedding in process. Synthetics slow this down which can lead to oil consumption, but have no hard data to support. regards
