I can't find any mention of it's absence on GTAC, and my ugii_env_ug.dat shows it (along with ANSYS and MSC Nastrans and a few others) listed with paths to folders that don't exist. I compared the Mac install to the Windows install and noticed that there's no "nxnastran" folder between "nxhuman"...
I've been using the Mac version of NX 8.5.1 successfully now for a couple months now that all major graphics bugs seem to have been addressed and I find it reasonably tolerable. With the exception of the Space Navigator buttons being un-configurable, everything else seems to work pretty well...
