I have an existing pile supported grade beam with no apparent interior resistance to torsion along its 138 feet of length.

I have been looking for load tables for screw connected plywood diaphragms
connected to wood framing. Does anything like this exist, I have seen some proprietary
things by fastener manufacturers.
Can I get some opinions of the Dyna5 or the Dyna6 dynamic foundation analysis software. It appears to be a good program, but there is very little information available about it.
I would like to know what to expect to decide whether or not I should make the investment.
