    Please help..faces of part won't stay colored when added to assembly.

    Ok how do I word this...I made a part. It has different colors on different faces. When I add it to the assembly, there are additional faces colored that I did not pick. When I go back to the part, it's normal again. Why? It's extremely frustrating. I'm using Solidworks 2011.
