    Dawing Revisions

    What are the rules for drawing revisions. I am head of QC Mechanical and work with design engineers who release a drawing without a revision and will make the first change a Rev A and others that start with Rev A when releasing the drawing.

    I am fighting with some of my engineers that insist on using a centerline as a datum. I see nothing in gd&t that allows this. Am I missing something?

    tolerancing for draft

    Does GD&T allow draft tolerances to appear in general notes as 1deg, 2deg etc. or must the dimensions be specified on a the drawing as a max and min.
