For beams, is it beneficial/recommended from structural integrity standpoint to have longitudinal reinforcement placed at the corners of the stirrups or not really needed?

We have a concrete pipe that will go through a cast in place wall, which way will have better constructibility, use the concrete pipe as a formwork or form an opening,install the pipe and grout the gap of around 2 inches? Thanks for your help.

I am working on a bridge where existing 1.5 inch anchor bolts are so corroded they need replacements. I checked hilti and sika adhesives and the maximum bolt size in their chart is 1.25 inches. Does anybody know why? And can I use epoxy bonded anchor of 1.5 inches?

Can I have a steel plate with welded studs on top of a concrete column? The plate will be larger than the concrete column section. I have concern about how the contractor places and vibrates the concrete. Or they could insert the plate after concrete pouring and vibrating? Please advise. Thanks.
How can I model a river which is "in the sky" with Hec_ras? The bank elevations are higher than adjacent aeras so once it is overtopped, the water will run away perpendically to the reach.
