Could you guide me how can I filter the "&fam.inst.name" from a repeat region table. If filter will not work is there any way to hide this instance name column?

After completing all the settings for Pro weblink (As per PTC documentation) I am getting the error as "Your security settings blocked a local application from running". Any one can help me in the settings and open the API's.
