I'm curious to know what the best chemical bond could be used to lock 3/8" diameter, 420HC stainless steel, heat treated to 40-45 HRc threads. I'm using loctite 262 with primer and it does not seem to bond well. I'm getting 50% failure. It's a medium production part with 250-500 pieces...
