    IEEE 80-2000 Table-7 Typo

    IEEE Std-80-2000 has 10,000 Ohm-m for wet gravel in Table-7, while IEEE Std-142-2007 has 1,000 Ohm-m in Table-4.2. Is this a typo in Table-7 Std-80-2000 which gives un unsafe result by allowing a smaller substation grounding grid?
