    Assembly went screwy after using hole wizard

    Hi all, I was adding a hole to one of the components in my assembly. After I checked the check mark to accept the hole the assembly disappeared. I tried fit to screen, scrolling with the mouse in and out and nothing. I then closed the file and reopened it and it opened weird. Components...

    Solidworks - Editing a component in an assembly

    When I edit a component in an assembly all the stuff I have drawn previously turn to wire frame. When I exit, edit component, everything turns back to a solid. Is there any way to have previous drawings stay solid while I using edit component? I am using 2011 Thanks in advance, Mark
