Are nucs using sample plans for receiving inspection? If yes, what are they using?

An Asme Section III NB rupture disk (not the holder) does not need to be Code material.Does this mean it does not need be be supplied from a Section VIII qualified entity or material organization?

Section VIII requires that the Code Symbol is applied on a rupture disk nameplate. Reference UG-129 (e).
To the best of my knowledge Section III SS NB does not specify the requirement for the Code Symbol to be applied to the nameplate. Reference Section III NB 7811.
