Normally, there is one set of flange for class break, let says: different pressure, or different material....
Does anybody know what the reason is? Do we have to need this set of flange?
Is it preferred that using Flat On Top Eccentric Reducer on psv discharge? Somebody disagree with me using concentric reducer on psv discharge.

Do we need provide more space than usual for piping connection when hydrolic tensioning is supposed to use for large bolts?
for example, P&ID shows 10" flanged valve and 12x10 reducer, shoud I connect piping as 10" flanged valve, 200 mm pup, then 12x10 reducer?
or between flanged valve and...
Do we have to ensure the dimensions on ISO drawing is even? for example, from equipment nozzle to elbow should be 2300mm instead of 2297mm; control valve station from one elbow to another elbow should be 4200mm instead of 4186mm? etc...
