well makes 50 b/d +/- oil -- 200+/- b/d water no gas
next 2 days 4-5 b/d +/- oil --- 200 +/- water no gas
well makes 50 b/d +/- oil --- 200+/- b/d water no gas
this pattern has occured for over month
the pattern used to be 4 days low oil production then one high
for two months about 10 b/d...
i know i am not to smart so i would like someone to help if they would be so kind - to see if i am calculating correctly
i am sure it is more complicated than below
gor = mcf(gas)/bbl(oil)
glr = mcf (gas)/bbl(liquid)
1700 mcf/day
950 bbls liquid
10 bbls oil
gor =
gor = scf/bbl
glr =
glr =...
well has gone from 70 b/d to 50 b/d
65 mcf/d - would holding more back press
on the tubing help - well seems to be flowing
and pumping / one guy wants to run a
larger pump - if in fact it is flumping I
do not see how this will help
the well is only been on pump for 6 months
and flowed for about...
what would be the normal procedure to obtain a fluid
level in a cbm well - using the echometer and a belief in the accuracy of the information
thank you
we are shooting fluid levels on esp wells with echometer
differences i should expect from normal rod pumped well
any differences in procedures and problems i should
expect ?
thank you
