A former employee converted cables in to imported objects. Now I can edit route spline but the cable itself remains. Is there a way to convert them back.

All dimension settings are set for decimal, yet when opening an exported dxf from Solidworks the dimensions come in as fractions. I can click on individual dimensions and change the Primary Unitsystem. any ideas what is setup wrong and how to fix them all at one time? THANKS!
When editing a route in Routing. The cable wil not follow the path. If I turn on view sketches the sketch path is where I moved it, but the resulting outside cable will not move (see attached jpg senario 1) or dissappears all together, never to return (senario 2). All done with routing tools...
When using the Indent Feature, in the model it works correctly. However, when creating a drawing, the Tool Outline shows instead of the intended indentation.
Please see the attached pics. This problem is intermitant
