We need to buy a new air cooled water chiller for our chemical plant in Texas. The water flow in the system is 150 gpm so I have calculated that we need a 100 TN chiller.

We have several centrifugal pumps in our process pumping liquid at high temperatures back into the reactor. These pumps get really hot so we use cooling water to cool them down. The problem is that we cannot send this cooling water back into the cooling water return line because there is not...

We use a centrifugal pump to direct our chill water into the system. We have a pressure indicator at the outlet of the pump. Can I use this pressure as my TDH?

One of our exchanger builds solids every 1-2 months and we have to clean it regularly. Does anybody know what is the best way to prevent the formation of these solids?
The exchanger is a shell and tube heat exchanger
