    Horizontal Fin heat transfer

    What kind of convection coefficient would you use for horizontal cooling fins in still air? I know with vertical fins you would use the equations for free convection, which I have done. However, I am trying to compare these with horizontal cooling fins. Thanks

    Making a whole part a shell

    Is there a way to make a whole completed part into a shell with every surface the same thickness. I am trying to create a bucket with extrusions on the base, and all the extrusions are hollow, like the whole part was made in a press. I can upload what I am talking about if this is confusing.
