    Joint Efficiencies

    I have a catagory B, single butt, circumfrential weld. The shell in question is over 24". According to Table UW-12 I cannot use a single welded butt joint, or am I mistaken? If I can use it would it require a full RT? The material is SA-53-B. AJ QA/QC Manager
