    Hi, Eng design specified B7 Anchor bolts for Pre-Eng building on Water reservoir. Because of 1-1/4" size was long delivery item, contractor proposed Higher strength Alloy Threaded Rod(I am not sure but it was A7), which has better strength that B7 . Is it safe to go higher strength? Thanks...
