Have a 15 HP motor whose full load current (@ 50 Hz - India norms) is calculated at around 21 Amps. Have added a VFD (Variable Frequency drive) and would like to always run the machine @ 90% of full load current for maximum efficiency.

Anyone face this issue before? the parts do tend to be on the blackish side after shot blasting - shots used s110, material shot blasted = hot rolled/ cold rolled steel cages....this especially is an issue when new shots are added...

I found a water table which shows 916.69 kg/m^3 but it does not show anything @ pressure. Isnt density related to both pressure & temp.?
What would be the difference in density if No gas was there and...
i am a bit confused...i have seen that EPP pellets are immersed in water and CO2 is purged at around 150 C & saturated for 1-2 hrs for expansion.....co2 is the blowing agent....why are the pellets immersed in water? I mean water is not the BA? what is the use of h20?
