- I want to show the position of max Stress. Is there a possibility to move the standard annotation for max Stress around in viewport manually, so that it does not interfere with the mesh and is always readable?

I'm not used to work with Abaqus on electrical issues.
I try to put a current of 0.5A on a specimen. Current enters the top side of the specimen with 0.5A and leaves at the bottom side with -0.5A. Is this setting correct to simulate a current of 0.5A trough the specimen?

I'm doing a electric current analyse on a spezimen.
Therefore i'd like to insert a crack with a variable size into it. I'm working with Abaqus 6.9. Is there any option to insert cracks without using the extrude tool??
