    Keycreator 7.5.2 error message

    i have a user who, when launching Keycreator 7.5.2, is met with the error msg. "invalid workspace, user session cancelled". When she presses "ok" Keycreator finishes loading and all is well until she closes. any help with this matter is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
